Los Perros de Chile - Documentary

Shot on site in Santiago and Valparaiso, Chile. 

The relationship between humans and dogs in Chile is a multifaceted issue. The population of street dogs in the country is truly a crisis with over 1 million roaming Santiago alone. One of the first steps to solving an issue like this is starting a dialogue about it. This is my contribution to that conversation.
